Brokers can now get support by calling the dedicated Broker Support line. Simply call 844-270-7075 and you’ll be connected directly to our Broker Support team, 7 AM – 7 PM CST, Monday – Friday.

Appointment Application Update
Friday Health Plans will temporarily pause new appointment applications in all states except Colorado. If you have questions, please contact Broker Support at brokers@fridayhealthplans.com or 844-270-7075.
