Hello and welcome to the Friday Health Plans’ secure payment portal. Paying your premium is simple, just fill out the secure form below. For your insurance policy to stay active, your monthly premium must be paid in full. If you need to know your outstanding balance, please call the Friday Care Crew. Please note, the Member ID below must match the first name, last name, and date of birth you gave upon enrolling.

Starting July 1, Friday Health Plans will no longer accept American Express credit card payments, including one-time payments. If you have set up autopay, please make sure you update your payment method. Reference our setting-up payments guide to update autopay
